This is one of the best late fall & early spring reaction baits ever concepted.  Its vibrating action and reflections trigger reaction strikes.  The blade is constructed out of thin sheet stock with hand-poured led added to it and then assembled with; reflective tape, 3-D eyes, a quick snap, round split rings & bronze Mustad treble hooks.
